Apple Cranberry Sandwich Spread
Ingredients
| Quantity | Ingredients |
| 1 1/2 cups | whole berry cranberry sauce |
| 3/4 cup (187.5 ml) | Mott's Fruitsations Unsweetened Apple Sauce |
| 1/3 cup | minced Spanish onion |
| 1 dash | salt |
| 1 tsp | dried thyme |
| 1 Tbs | chopped parsley |
Directions
Puree all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
Makes 10 servings (2 1/2 cups).
Tip
Add a little bite to your sandwich and substitute Mott’s Fruitsations Unsweetened Apple Sauce with Mott’s Fruitsations Unsweetened Granny Smith Fruit Snack.
Serving Suggestions:
