| 2 tsp | canola oil |
| 1/4 cup | finely minced onion |
| 1/4 cup | finely minced celery |
| 1 | garlic clove, minced |
| 1 cup (250 ml) | Mott's Fruitsations Unsweetened Apple Juice** |
| 1 Tsp | apple cider vinegar |
| 1 Tbs | maple syrup |
| 1/2 cup | dried cranberries |
Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion, celery, and garlic and sauté, stirring frequently, until the vegetables are softened and golden brown, about 10 minutes. Stir in the apple juice, vinegar, and maple syrup scraping up any brown bits at the bottom of the pan. Add the cranberries and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer until the sauce reduces and thickens, about 15 minutes. Serve over grilled or rotisserie chicken.
