Three Citrus Fruit Salad
Most groceries now carry an expanded range of organic fruit, so you can make this salad organic. Experiment with different fruit according to the season and availability.
Ingredients
| Quantity | Ingredients |
| 1 cup (250 ml) | Mott's Fruitsations Unsweetened Apple Sauce |
| 1 Tbs | chopped organic mint leaves |
| 1 tsp each | grated organic lemon, lime and orange zest |
| 1 cup | rinsed and hulled organic strawberries |
| 1 | medium organic banana, peeled and cut into rounds |
| 1 | organic navel orange, peeled and cut into rounds |
| 1/4 cup | organic Greek style 2% lowfat plain yogurt |
Directions
In medium bowl, mix together apple sauce, mint and zests. Add bananas and strawberries, mixing gently to coat fruit. To serve, divide orange rounds between two serving plates. Top evenly with apple sauce and fruit mixture. Dollop each with yogurt.
